With this edit: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pluricentric_language&curid=1263147&diff=925311177&oldid=925168356 the bot adds a link to a document (https://archive.org/details/rosettaproject_wuu_vertxt-1) that reproduces only pages 94 and 95 of the book, a different part from that used in the reference.

That's an odd case. There is nothing in the metadata to indicate a fragment of a book, which I have never seen before. It might be an error (bad derive or something). Probably best we can do is remove it and add {{cbignore}} so it is not added back in the future.
That's a bit painful -- over 60 articles cite this book. Moreover, most (though not quite all) of the texts added to the Internet Archive from the Rosetta Project (https://archive.org/details/rosettaproject) seem to be similar excerpts, so many other books may be similarly affected. All the URLs have a common prefix, though, which could be used to exclude them.
Added a new step, checks if book is a member of a blacklisted Collection. longnow and rosettaproject first on the list. TY
