Having another think about this one. We don't want to have to update the config each year because of the budget-link.. Will have a think about whether there is a natural place for this link in one of the already accessed documents/spreadsheets.

We could have the link being an argument. It would require some additions to read template parameter from there, since that is not done anywhere else, but not too much I don't think.

That depends on when everything else is ready🙂 Also, did you figure out where the data will live, like you mentioned in T242105#6695298? Just adding it as another page with the URLs as config parameters shouldn't be much work. I don't think changing the config for each year is terrible idea.
