Expected results

Popup appears with info about page

Actual results

Popup appears with "There was an issue displaying this preview". XHR Request has 404 status.

I believe this is because RESTbase is down https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/api/rest_v1 which I think is related to the current deploy. I think we can merge that into that task or decline.
