External Links - section badly rendered in some articles

Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1-go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/#/article/pt/Catedral_Bas%C3%ADlica_de_Nossa_Senhora_Aparecida/Liga%C3%A7%C3%B5es_externas

Actual Results:
-some links and boxes are out of place
-while flipping pages (down arrow), the 3rd key stroke should take us to the next section, instead it just scrolls the page a little to the right

NOTE: This is happening on origin/T234435-rm-section-lead-image but also on master branches, although the behaviour is a bit different due to the lack of image on the section title

@AMuigai I propose we just decline this unfortunately. There is no way to uniquely identify and fix that section at the bottom. It's just a regular list with a lot of inline style written by editors. If I try to style all lists (ul/li) it breaks other things.

agree with that, it doesn't seem like a common format.
