Description

Tracking task for future networking improvements for CloudVPS.

Among other things:

evaluate & implement support for multi-row networking
evaluate & implement IPv6
evaluate & implement internal project networks (vs our current flat model)
evaluate our own physical network hardware (vs sharing prod physical network)
evaluate introducing dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF for upstream connection
drop our neutron customization for NAT (use address scopes)
