Description

Mediawiki just announced it will soon adopt Vue.js as its new frontend javascript framework (see T241180). As the RecordWizard is a Mediawiki extensions constructed as a JS web-app, it would highly benefit switching to Vue.js. It will force a better code separation following a clear MVC pattern, thereby increase code clarity and maintability.
