Allow reference heading to scroll with content

Description

After playing around with the beta feature I've realized that having a fixed heading doesn't add much value to the experience of viewing a reference, and it comes at the expense of the reading experience. By allowing the header to scroll with the content we would free-up space and improve the reading experience.
