Please we need your help with fixing hashtags tool. We need this tool to run some campaigns Wiki4NaijaWomen and WPWP. See the list of participating communities here. I tried to test-run it but it's not working. Please we need your help with resolving this issue. hashtags tool. Thank you.
Many queries (https://hashtags.wmflabs.org/?query=IABot for example) result in gateway timeouts. Other queries don't show any results (such as the one above).

QEDK, I entered my hashtag (#WPWPK), set the start and end date of my campaign. I added the hashtag to the edit summary of an article I edited
here and waited for some time and checked the result. I got this response "No results found."
See the parent task, I'm guessing it's too resource-intensive as of now, although in your case it should timeout too if it's a worker issue. @Samwalton9 might know more.
This looks to be two different issues, which are already tracked.
The 502 error occurs when the search times out (T209359). This is an issue I haven't had time to prioritise working on.
The issue of no results is because the tool's tracking script stopped functioning (T214060) and I had to restart it. Data collection is catching up to 'live' data currently, and we haven't got some recent edits tracked just yet.
Hi @Wikicology - Your #WPWPK search should now be working, I see one result.
I haven't progressed on fixing other 502 errors - I just don't have the time to work on this tool right now unfortunately.
@Samwalton9, #WPWPK was just a test. It was during these tests we realized the issues with the tool. Please the hashtag we want to use is #WPWP for a global contest that will start on 1st July 2020 and run through August 2020. @Samwalton9, the WPWP campaign will start in two weeks time and more than 30 Wikimediw affiliates (chapters, thematic and user groups) would be organizing it locally. We don't want this tool to be broken throughout the campaign. Please we will appreciate any fixes you could do to ensure that it dosn't break. Please we really need help. Thank you. For example, I set up the hashtag #WPWPMK over 4 days ago and it still not loading. We are worried. Please help.
