Per incident at jawiki: add a warning message when users attempt to run the bot (batch or single mode) if the bot is not enabled on the run page. Also "adding a runpage link in the edit summary would a good idea" (Cyberpower). This feature requested because "Job runs are generally not affected by the run pages because the job is invoked by the user and is usually believed that the user would have good reason to do so and is following local policy."
