Problem
The /wiki article path is hard coded in the httpd settings.
Proposed Solution
Update httpd config to allow for any $wgArticlePath without making additional changes to the httpd config.
Work Around
Create an .htaccess file and add a rewrite to the same setting that is in $wgArticlePath
