Description

Expected behavior: I can move the page by entering a new title

Observed behavior: New title text box is missing

It seems like you have messed up your MW installation. Reinstall and try again.

It's not missing completely... It renders and then disappears...

I noticed a browser console error where it was using apiportal as the language code
