Fix project icons on log out page

Description

The log out page currently displays a set of Wikimedia logos:

To do: Remove the logos and associated text ("Logging you out from other wikis of the Wikimedia Foundation:"). Alternatively, the styling of the the logos could be fixed to display more clearly and with more context, but considering that mediawiki.org doesn't include this content on its log-out page, I think we're safe to remove it.

The extra icons were show on the beta wiki but do not appear on the production wiki, so they do not need to be removed.

After discussing with Cindy, it appears that these icons are a hardcoded part of CentralAuth and not easily removed or restyled. We considered removing them by modifying $wgCentralAuthAutoLoginWikis, but we believe this would be unjustified considering that this is a minor cosmetic issue. I'm closing this task as something we will not be taking steps to fix.
