Develop communication plan for volunteers

Description

To reach volunteers that would like to engage in F2F fundraising we need to develop a communication plan. The communication must both attract interest, but also ensure that engagement continuous over time.

This plan should include:

  • Type of communication (description)
  • Frequency and rational (frequency)
  • Communication tools to use (method)
  • Target group analysis (audience)
  • Division of labor (owner)
  • Basic messages (this should be adjusted to a separate subtask)
