To reach volunteers that would like to engage in F2F fundraising we need to develop a communication plan. The communication must both attract interest, but also ensure that engagement continuous over time.
This plan should include:
- Type of communication (description)
- Frequency and rational (frequency)
- Communication tools to use (method)
- Target group analysis (audience)
- Division of labor (owner)
- Basic messages (this should be adjusted to a separate subtask)
