Create an 'abusefilter' group for eswiki
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

The Spanish Wikipedia community decided in a vote (35/0; 100 % approval - official closure) to create an abusefilter group with the following permissions attached:

  • abusefilter-modify
  • abusefilter-view-private
  • abusefilter-log-detail
  • abusefilter-log-private
  • oathauth-enable

Group assignment and removal: bureaucrats (it does not really matter much as all administrators in eswiki are granted bureaucrat permissions together upon a successful RfA)

Self-assigning. I'll contribute a patch to this one shortly.

I think it should be assigned and removed by the group sysop, as interface-admins are also assigned by that group and the group bureaucrat assigns very few permissions.

Well, I don't really mind one way or another. The vote did not mentioned who should be able to, so I default to the bureaucrat user group which traditionally handled user group management. Considering that eswiki sysops are all also bureaucrats, this is purely a no-op.

Ok, sounds good. Not an important thing.
