Tested by otrs admin:

Hi, as I tested, there is really a bug in the app.

Steps to reproduce:
1/ Open Wikipedia App on iOS (version 6.7.0.1757, iOS 12.4.8 was used)
2/ Open Settings
3/ Open Help and feedback
4/ Click on link in section "I’m getting blocked from logging in or editing,
what should I do?"

Actual results:
Page is not opened, error message is shown (as in original author's log).

More can be seen on attached screen record.*

Expected results:
English Wikipedia help page should be opened, as when you click on same link
on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_FAQ#I%E2%80%99m_getting_b[..]

JMinor lowered the priority of this task from Medium to Low.

Thought this was just a broken link, turns out it is an app specific issue. Not sure why this page won't load, but likely due to some kind of namespace issue or filter. Even if we can't open in the app article views, these links should open in the in app browser, as these are pages on our domain(s).
