Create temporary cluster to hold a copy of data for backup purposes when migrating to BigTop.

Ideas:

• replication could be 2 instead of 3 to save 20% storage

• we might want to build this solution permanently as storage backup for major upgrades

• we might not need to backup all webrequest dataset but just last 30 days
