As part of T264472#6520038 it was discovered that there's a "stray" ldap account labello. To prevent future confusion, is it possible to delete/disable this account?

The uid=labello,ou=people,dc=wikimedia,dc=org Developer account has been globally disabled by blocking the account on Wikitech. This has the cascading effect of disabling LDAP authentication for the account, disabling any associated Phabricator account, disabling any associated Gerrit account, and blocking use of ssh by the account in the Cloud VPS environment.
This block can be lifted at any time by a sysop on wikitech if the account holder changes their mind about abandoning the Developer account.
