At the "Details" step of the Record Wizard,

1. Click on "Local list"
2. Erase everything in the "Title field"
3. Click on "Done"

The popup will try to load some words and will never finish. It is then not possible to close the popup. The only way to escape is to reload the page but in that case, we lose all the words we have already entered.
