Can you check/update Netbox:
old: https://netbox.wikimedia.org/dcim/devices/1892/ +1
new: https://netbox.wikimedia.org/dcim/devices/235/ +1

Wipe the broken switch if possible
RMA it.
Set it as spare.

Hi @Papaul - the previous Netbox error related to this task was fixed, after you updated Arzhel's request in the task description. (via https://netbox.wikimedia.org/extras/changelog/36853/) This new error on the Netbox report points to something else now, which is not related. Thanks, Willy
