As an editor i want to filter searches by drafttopic so i can find/review/contribute to draft articles in subjects I am interested in.
drafttopic data is now being ingested into the production elasticsearch clusters. The exact form of the related keyword needs to be decided and implemented. This is exceptionally similar to articletopic, the form should be shared as much as possible.
