Description

Steps:
1-go to https://es.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Traducci%C3%B3n_de_contenidos&campaign=contributionsmenu&to=es&page=Input-to-state+stability&from=en&targettitle=Input-to-state+stability
2-start a translation
3-translate the selected math formula

Possible issues:

the warning "template unavailable" shows but the template exists in the target language https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantilla:NumBlk
the "add new template" button in the warning doesn't do anything

This doesn't look like a CX bug because there is no Wikidata sitelink link from this English Wikipedia template to any template in the Spanish Wikipedia.

If the Spanish template with the same name is functionally similar to the English template, a sitelink should be added.

As Amir pointed, the templates were not connected in Wikidata at the time. So I'll mark this as invalid. However, the warning should be more visible in such cases which was not helping here to communicate the problem clearly. I created a separate ticket for this: T296181: "Template unavailable" warning should not get collapsed
