Members of AHT will need the 'ipinfo' right to test IP Info on the Beta Cluster.
We should decide which group to give the right to, ahead of deployment. Someone from AHT (probably @Tchanders) will need an account in this group before we deploy, so they can test.
Update: We'll add the right to the administrators group, to allow the team to test. We may want to revert this before deploying to production, so here's a deployment blocker task: T270347
