On Firefox (85.0) If I visit a file page url with an SDC anchor e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Fr%C3%B6jel_kastalruin_Gotland.jpg#P1344 the page will trigger the following things

1. first load with the Structured Data tab expanded,
2. then reload with the File Information tab expanded (rendered wikitext)
3. then finally load once again with the Structured Data tab expanded.

On Chrome the result is apparently the same with the exception that the third step is missing, leaving you in the File Information view.
