Hello, I am facing the same problem as Kolyma did: T274737
Like Kolyma, I lost the password of my original account (No1lovesu) and its email address for certification last year. Since then I have lost the access to the recovery email and unable to reset the password.
ZH-WP admins Hamish and Outlookxp can confirm that both No1lovesu and No1lovesu2 are from the same person.

Of this task and another , may I ask that an admin account can be recovered if an existent and current administrator verify that the account can be associated with the real person?
