Clean graphana graphs about job queue

Description

There are at least five different jobs in graphana related to the job queue, and only one of them is working.

Let's delete the obsolete dashboards.

I've deleted the old dashboard. https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/LSeAShkGz/jobqueue?orgId=1 is the one and only dashboard.

There are apparently at least two other job dashboards loading in my browser:

Can we clean those as well?

Both need to be deleted as well.
