[Documentation] How to query Lexemes in WDQS

Description

Summary: Have a clear description on how to query for Lexemes in SPARQL on the Wikidata Query Service. The documentation should cover all different steps (commands, prefixes to use...) as well as examples. It should be easy to find, connected to the existing documentation about WDQS/SPARQL.

Existing resources:

This would be useful to: Users who want to work with Lexemes, run queries, users who are relatively new to Lexemes and want to understand how it works. Ongoing and future projects using Lexemes (Lingua Libre, Abstract Wikipedia, Wiktionaries, etc.)

Subject matter experts (people who could help with providing content): Vigneron, Lucas Werkmeister...
