Undocumented color applied to the background of active quiet buttons in WVUI

Description

The shade of gray applied to active quiet buttons in WVUI is not part of the WikimediaUI palette. This color (or the method to obtain it) should be documented, or ultimately, it should be replaced.

This color is @background-color-quiet--active from wikimedia-ui-base. On a white background, this color looks the same as Base80, which is what the style guide prescribes.

Thanks for your comment @Catrope! I totally missed the justification provided in the wikimedia-ui-base file.
