Send config needed for Drop-In Web to Adyen front-end

Description

To render the payment fields, we need to create a configuration object with various properties that are available in the back-end. See step 2.4 at https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/drop-in-web

Make those available in the adyen gateway's setClientVariables function, and add README documentation for any new parameters (like ClientKey)
