Create Special page to use Reconciliation API

Description

In order to continuously test the Reconciliation API, create a Special page for testing Reconciliation services

Task Details

  • Create a box for Entity Parameter (JSON)
  • Create another box for Reconcile parameters (JSON)
  • A button to submit to reconciliation services
  • After successful submission, redirects to newly created item
  • Displays error messages in the form
  • Polls the Single Reconciliation endpoint, not batch
  • Handles authentication internally

Is not there yet, as i'm not entirely sure it makes sense. We could parse the result and insert links probably? I think it needs a initial round of review now.

@toan Is this task done or "won't solve?" I want to close the Sprintboard very soon. Would love to understand whether this can be moved to the Wikibase backlog :) Thanks!

Looks like the review never finished and it didn't get merged.

I went ahead and merged this today, though I expect noone will be using this extension with this latest commit unless we poke them
