This task represents the work involved with making it possible for editors who have subscribed to a talk page conversation (call it: Conversation A) to customize the kinds of edit to Conversation A they receive Echo notifications about.

User Story

As a contributor who has clear ideas for the kinds of activity they do [i] and do not want to be notified about, I'd like to be able to express these preferences within the software so that I can feel empowered to decide what to pay attention to.
