The feature is hidden behind a flag
Enable extensions
Configure LocalSettings.php
Document any extra needed steps to make it work (we need to run some maint scripts for configuring it see https://github.com/wbstack/mediawiki/blob/main/wbstack/src/Internal/ApiWbStackInit.php which is currently called in prod on wiki creation)
