We can capture payments on the front-end now, so we'll be able to delete a bunch of code in the Adyen IPN listener and maybe even get rid of the jobs-adyen queues.
DEPLOY NOTE: this will mean we should coordinate a deploy of the SmashPig standalone (frpig) that removes this capturing with a deploy of the new Adyen front-end code that routes donors to the AdyenCheckout pages. Any rollback should also be coordinated.
