Observe error message with too many decimals

What happens?:
Currently the min donation amount error message appears with too many decimals included

What should have happened instead?:
The min donation amount error message should appear with a max of 2 decimal spaces

Thanks @jbolorinos-ctr. Looks like this was an issue for all EUR countries, and GBP too. I think this change fixes it by rounding the amount shown in the errors automatically.
