List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Some times, but can't say under which conditions, the links appear repeated:

It doesn't seem to happen at specific namespaces

What happens?: The "uploaded media" and "Itzulpenak (Content Translations)" buttons are repeated more than once.

What should have happened instead?: It shouldn't

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc: The screenshots are done with Firefox. I haven't tested other browsers as the bug seems to happen randomly (for me).

Steps to reproduce. Use new vector by chosing that from Special:Preferences. Open any article page, keep the user menu opened. Click on Edit button to open VE. Observe the 3 menu items get duplicated.
