We are currently working on improving the set-up of Tulu Wikipedia. At tcy.wikipedia.org the citoid hasn't been enabled so it is rather hard to insert citations in a Wiki-page. Please enable Citoid.

This doesn't require phabricator task please refer https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Citoid/Enabling_Citoid_on_your_wiki , you can ask local admin https://tcy.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pavanaja configure it for that wiki , refer {T127354: Help some smaller Wikipedias' communities by writing the TemplateData and enabling citoid for them} and {T222956: Enable Citoid on Pap.wikipedia.org}
