The trick to use commons:Commons doesn't seem to work, I get redirected to
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload/pt?uselang=pt when I try it at
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/commons:Commons:Upload/pt?uselang=pt

Is that related to/caused by bug 5440?
