Description

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Dog
Select edit
Scroll down

Observed:

Sticky header appears over the editing toolbar

Expected:

Sticky header should not appear in either VE or source editing mode
