To do

Replace this section with the latest version of the review template

Event Timeline

This is all screamo. Lots of links (direct or subpages) to lots of tools in random places written around 2005 (for the MediaWiki 1.5 DB scheme) and such (Side note: I guess [[meta:Data_dumps/mwdumper]] has a "People who survived" section for a reason)

I'm afraid I've been working on this most of the day (because it's all so horrible). So I steal this task.

103 edits on meta, 6 edits on wikitech, and 1 edit on mediawiki later, I am done with https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Data , linked pages, and most pages linked from linked pages. That's only numbers for today, in addition there are many edits I made in May 2022.

It's still not great. But it's pretty correct at least (not necessarily complete, what do I know).

Also, the page has been reviewed for typos, the page uses non-gendered language and avoids the terms listed in the inclusive language guide, commands and examples have been tested or reviewed for accuracy (as far as i could do that), and links on the page work.

Left to do: Exposing Wikidata way more. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Data_access#Dumps is pretty nice. Unsure if it should have its own section, because ways to access Wikidata would be... across already existing sections.

Added some more links to Wikidata in https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Research%3AData&type=revision&diff=23714199&oldid=23679995
I call this task done.
I won't stop anyone from making more edits and calling this task doner, though.
