@Amire80: Has your local on-wiki community already acquired the consensus for this change? If so, you could provide the link to this consensus, as it will be needed. And you will still need Wordmark in your language on Commons (Not necessarily hosted on Commons, I need the SVG of this Wordmark).

I created this task after @Awangba_Mangang, who edits in Manipuri, asked me to fix this. That's not a configuration change that needs community consensus. It's a logo, and all the logos are translated. It should have been translated already when the wiki was created.

It is always supposed to look the same as it does in the full logo with the puzzle globe. @tomasz is good at creating these files, and I'll patiently wait for him :)

I copied the text over from File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-mni-proposed.svg. However it appears that the PNG is based on the first version of that file where that character was aligned vertically to the top of the line instead of being in the middle as visible in the current version — and I didn't spot the difference.

I'll upload a new version to Gerrit this evening (UTC).
