Description

Because $wgLang of votewiki is currently set to fa (due to T292685: Carry out the 2021 fawiki elections on votewiki), the output of tally.php ends up at least patially in en, partially in fa.

It would seem beneficial to have a way to either force en, or just unconditionally do so for this output of this script.
