Historically when we did l10n/i18n backports to release branches, we had seperate i18n patches to make things easier.

For purposes of reviews and especially wrt to security patches... It might make sense to do this again now that T272830: Support doing translation update backports to stable branches is done. It will make the main patches smaller too...
