Description

a small buglet, displaying the login page after closing the visual editor. steps:

open a incognito window
pate a link to a page, visual mobile edit: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cristiano_Ronaldo?veaction=edit#/editor/35
log in
close the editor via X
the browser falls back to the login page

what should happen:
the browser should fall back to the wikipedia article instead of the login page.

this happens for me with chromium, 3rd party cookies disabled, but i suppose the behaviour is independent of these.

This sounds similar to T201852, we should check whether it's a more general regression, or something specific to the redirect after logging in.

Change 751178 had a related patch set uploaded (by Bartosz Dziewoński; author: Bartosz Dziewoński):

(It is not a regression, just a problem with the login flow.)
