Description

This task involves the work with revising the language we use throughout the interface for pinging/at-mentioning/tagging/etc. other people.

User Story

As someone who is new to using Wikipedia talk pages, I want to understand what capabilities each of the Discussion Tools features offers me, so that I can be sure I am using them to their full extent to meet my needs.

I think the toolbar button that actually lets you ping someone should also be part of this task: it’s the same action as the other two, but it already says Mention a user, not ping. Whatever term is decided upon, all three affordances should use it.
