Next-to-last page is unclickable

Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

  • In the Review interface, in any view involving a long list (eg apps pending review), scroll down to bottom and click on Last in the pages list
  • The last page is displayed. In the pages list the page immediately preceding the last page is visible (eg if there are 28 pages, when you are on page 28 page 27 is displayed), but is not clickable

What happens?:
The next-to-last page number is visible but is not clickable

What should have happened instead?:
Users should be able to click back from the last page to earlier pages, rather than only being able to click through from the beginning

Hi @Ankit18gupta - when logged in as a superuser you can get to this page by clicking the 'Review' button in the navigation bar. The URL is at /applications/list/.
