Once the extension.json fixes are backported to 1.36 and 1.37, Translate should use the ExtensionModule mechanism to do its version test and the temporary ParsoidSiteConfigInit hook (I61fda5f2b00c30b6db6648ef016639442abd3b66) should be removed. Hopefully before 1.38 is released!
