[Chrome][Builder] Selecting text from Wikipedia scrolls the page beyond its page limit

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Using Chrome browser:

  1. Using Wikistories Builder, start the process of creating a story
  2. Select images for the story
  3. On one image, click the link to select text from Wikipedia
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. When you get to the end of the page, scroll some more

What happens?:

  • The page scrolls beyond the bottom end and just shows a white page.

What should have happened instead?:
The user should not have been able to scroll past the bottom of the page.

Chrome version: Version 99.0.4844.74
Wikistories version: c5cb462

I don't know why this is happening but interestingly the Boat article doesn't seem to have this problem.
