It looks like the CI jobs are working just fine - https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Beta/job/beta-code-update-eqiad/ and https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Beta/job/beta-scap-sync-world/ and the code is deployed. That would've been my first call.
Do we know if it ever worked?
Just to work out if it's a regression of sorts, or whether it's just one of those things never setup...

https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/File:Jason_Shaw_-_Ecstasy_X_at_8kbps.mp3 on 5 December 2021 seems to have worked. I just uploaded https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/File:Jason_Shaw_-_Get_A_Move_On.mp3 but that one doesn't seem to start.
