As a platform engineer, I need to evaluate Kafka Streams so that the group can use this analysis to decide on a single platform to implement

The more I read an investigate options, the less I see a reason for us to pursue Kafka Streams. If we need a full featured stream processing framework, we should go with Flink. If we want a more easily deployable event driven application framework, we should go with something that is simultaneously simpler and more flexible, like Knative Eventing.
