Unify how we call "undelete" in the Undelete UI

Feature summary
Instead of sometimes referring to undelete as restore we want to be more consistent across documentation and our UI to call it "Undelete" all over the place.

Benefits
Consistent terminology and reducing confusion.

When no "undelete" action has occurred, we shouldn't be saying that one has.
