Description

  • The username of your existing account on wikitech.wikimedia.org: Ariel Gutman
  • Do you currently have shell access (Yes/No)? Yes
  • Purpose (Specify which service you need to get access to, e.g. Icinga, Grafana, Superset etc): Observability tools such as Logstash, as well as other monitoring and config viewing facilities (especially for Wikifunctions and connected architecture), plus general Gerrit +2 submit.
  • The specific LDAP group that you want to be added to (optional):

  • Contract end date: 31-dec-2022
  • Contract contact person: Google.Org fellowship

@AGutman-WMF I assume you don't need shell access?

@jhathaway to be honest, I'm not sure. Maybe @cmassaro would now.

I don't see a need for production shell access at this time.

I do believe it's likely the case that @AGutman-WMF will need analytics cluster access for acting on large data sets, but I believe that ought to be treated under a separate access request.

It is indeed also possible that @AGutman-WMF may need deployer access for some microservices and other pipelines, but we should probably follow up on that later.

I approve of the access otherwise, modeled after T306437 and T306225.
